I’m afraid that a product is saturated.
Great question. It might be. Fidget spinners hit a wall fast, but I know many people who made a lot of money off of them. Others saw the trend of small toys to keep hands busy and they went on to sell fidget cubes and crushed it.
Here’s a video where I sold a supersaturated product on PYP and it did awesome.
We actually ended up selling over 6K on this product in 4 different sales. Don’t be afraid of saturated products. The girls' scarves were super saturated, but they still sold a ton of them! Offer a better experience. Add a free pair of earrings with purchase, a lower price, or even a ‘set’ of them. Just remember to order the minimum amount to test it out first.

How do you find products so you don’t have to worry about patent infringements?
I personally try to stay from anything that might fall into that category.
There are plenty of non-patentable items to sell.
I’m not a lawyer. If you are going to be investing tons of money into producing something that may or may not be patentable, it’s best to reach out and have a patent lawyer double-check things for you.
